Geneva

Did you know that there is a whole world within Geneva? With its numerous international and non-governmental organisations, scientific and academic actors, civil society and the private sector, a lot of young professionals from all nationalities are eager to network and develop their careers further.

Committee

In Geneva, we organise an event every quarter and we’re happy to see regular participants coming back as much as new faces. Overall, we all want to meet new people, exchange career tips and opportunities and have a good time. It is very rewarding to connect young professionals with each other, so they can support each other. As obvious as it can be, I always repeat to participants: talk to each other, that’s what you’re here for!

In YPG London, our focus is on developing the next generation of business leaders. By arranging events throughout the year, we aim to foster ever-closer professional and social ties, to assist with career development, and to allow young professionals to meet, learn, build networks, and be inspired by senior professionals.

The purpose of the London Young Professionals Group is to bring people together and to create a community for the exchange of ideas. Whether they are at the start of their career, looking to develop closer ties with Switzerland, or even still at university, our mission is to do anything we can to give young professionals the skills (and help them build the networks) to succeed.

Zurich

The YPG Zürich chapter is at the heart of the European hub for innovation. As the founding chapter of the Young Professionals Group initiative of the BSCC, we continue to bring together professionals from a variety of industries with an approachable atmosphere while showcasing topics from experts in the region.

Committee

The YPG has broadened my horizon and allowed me to connect with approachable and positive professionals with such a variety of skills and expertise. My goal is to nurture the YPG community so we can all benefit from each other's talents and point of views. Likewise, I and the Zürich Committee aim to continue inspiring the next generation of leaders by bringing innovative speakers and topics at our events.
